1. Request Letter of Acceptance(LOA)  for Professional Pilot Training – (CAAM_BOP_FCL_50)

Submit the Request Letter of Acceptance for Professional Pilot Training – (CAAM_BOP_FCL_50) to the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM). Include a verified copy of your SPM Certificate.

Note: The SPM Certificate (A4 size) must be verified with an official Cop Pengesahan (official stamp) from a Government Officer Grade 41 & above (e.g., school teacher or oath commissioner). The verification is only for the SPM Certificate, not the form itself.

2. Application Form (Meritus / HM Aerospace)

• If applying for Diploma in Aviation + Commercial Pilot’s License (CPL), fill out the Meritus Application Form.

• If applying for Commercial Pilot’s License (CPL) + Instrument Rating (IR) without Diploma, fill out the HM Aerospace Application Form.

3. Class 1 Medical Certificate

Obtain the Pilot’s Medical Initial and Eye Check at Twin Towers Medical Clinic (TTMC).

4. Qualification & Identification Documents

Submit verified copies of the following documents,

3. NRIC (Parents/Sponsor) : Clearly marked “For Meritus College / HM Aerospace Use Only.”Sample(Click  Here)

Once all the required documents have been completed, please follow these steps for submission:

  • CAAM Verification Letter: The approval letter received from CAAM.
