MAHA LIMITED WARRANTY

Disclaimer: This warranty is valid for all MAHA products purchased starting from August 6, 2024.


1. DEFINITIONS

  • MAHA: Refers to MAHA AERO SUPPLIES, a company providing aviation products and services.
  • MAHA Products: Genuine MAHA hardware products excluding replacement parts and third-party products bearing the MAHA branding.
  • MAHA Accessories: Genuine accessories designed to complement MAHA products but not necessary for their basic operation.
  • MAHA Passive, Non-powered Loudspeakers: Products designed for amplifying sound for events such as performances and public speaking.
  • MAHA Portable PA Products: Products that amplify sound for performances or events.
  • Replacement Parts: Components for consumers to replace worn-out or damaged parts in MAHA products (e.g., ear tips, batteries).
  • Service: The remedies offered under this warranty.
  • Service Countries: Countries where MAHA offers warranty services.

2. WHAT IS COVERED BY THE MAHA LIMITED WARRANTY

MAHA warrants that MAHA Products, Accessories, and Replacement Parts are free from defects in materials and workmanship, provided they are purchased directly from MAHA or an authorized distributor/reseller and used according to the information in the applicable user manual(s). This warranty is valid only for the original end-use purchaser or a person receiving the product as a gift. Claims under this warranty will be governed by the terms set out in this document.


3. DURATION

  • General Products & Accessories: Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Aviation Headsets: Valid for 1 years, with refurbished headsets covered for 6 months..
  • Portable PA Products: Valid for 1 years.
  • Passive Loudspeakers: Valid for 1 years.
  • Replacement Parts & Repairs: Valid for 90 days from purchase.

4. EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents).
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, exposure to liquids, sweat, neglect, or external causes (e.g., fire).
  • Damage from unauthorized service or improper maintenance.
  • Normal wear and tear or depletion of consumable parts like batteries.
  • Damage caused by use with non-MAHA components not specified in user manuals.
  • Products with removed or defaced serial numbers/QR codes.
  • Modified or customized products.
  • Third-party products or accessories.
  • Software, mobile apps, and firmware.

5. REMEDIES

In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, MAHA (or its authorized service providers) will, at its option:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
  • Replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished product.

Repaired or replaced products will be covered by this warranty for the remaining duration of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.

SHIPPING COSTS

The cost of shipping to and from the service center for warranty service will be borne by the customer. This includes any applicable shipping, insurance, and handling fees.


6. MAHA AERO SUPPLIES 1-to-1 Exchange Policy ( MD SKYMASTER ONLY )

Our 1-to-1 exchange policy is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase or invoice, whichever is earlier. If the headset was provided as a complimentary item, the date of collection will be considered as the date of purchase. Only one (1) exchange is allowed per product. For any exchanges beyond this, the product will be subject to repair under the MAHA LIMITED WARRANTY.

SHIPPING COSTS

The cost of shipping to and from the service center for warranty service will be borne by the customer. This includes any applicable shipping, insurance, and handling fees.


7. RESTRICTIONS ON SERVICE

Warranty service is available in countries where MAHA products are sold by MAHA or authorized distributors. Service is available regardless of the place of purchase. For warranty service, you may be required to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.


8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This warranty provides specific rights, which may vary by jurisdiction, and is in addition to other rights you may have. MAHA disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product, and we are not responsible for loss of use, profits, business, or data.
